As 2012 comes to an end, workplaces everywhere are having their end of
the year office parties. It’s often hard to find a balance between
staying fashionable and work appropriate. Obviously, the amount of
skin you show, skirt lengths, and heel height all change for the
workplace so this is the perfect way to stay chic, and within your
boundaries for the end of the year work parties.
Take your favorite fall or winter skirt, but add black tights, to keep
yourself covered and workplace appropriate. For added cuteness, pick
any color from your skirt and wear a blazer with either that color, or a
complimentary color. To finish my outfit I chose gold jewelry because
the buttons on my blazer are gold. Dainty earrings and a flat collar
necklace finish off the look, topped with a gold chain quilted cross
body purse and my Tory Burch Reva flats, they are the classic black heel
of the flats world, and they keep your outfit dressy yet comfortable
all at once.
