When the snow goes away so do the boots, and when the sun comes out, so do the heels. Spring is right around the corner, so I thought you might want to know what everyone is wearing. The Summer Trends Series was such a hit last year that I’m bringing it back for the spring. Sharing different outfits that represent the different trends in different ways. The best part about this time is that I have learned more, so I can share more. I have done my research, and stalked the runways of all the major fashion designers SPRING 2013 shows to find out how to transform high end designer pieces down to street level wearable outfits. However, not ALL of the Spring Trends are straight from the runway, some of them are from downtown fashionistas, college campuses, girls walking the mall, and the blogger’s buzz.
Some of the stubborn trends have somehow clung to the fashion community and refused to go away since LAST SUMMER, so make sure to check the fine print to learn a little bit about how trends have transitioned into sub-versions of themselves for this year’s spring season. Below, you will find the high fashion runway looks that exemplified these trends. Tomorrow, you will see how to rock them with easily accessible clothes, bought on a college girls budget!

Camo*
Remember how Cargo was big last year, well looks like it stuck around and transitioned into Camo. Both men and women can rock a Camo print if styled properly. I guess that Army Green color just won't die.
Remember last summer seeing the American Flag plastered everywhere, Urban Outfitters seemed to take a liking to it. Well this year, different countries flags have been popping up everywhere and people all across the US are showing their pride while staying tres chic.
Bold Black and White Stripes and Graphics*
Remember Chevron? Yeah, well he finally got his shit together and straightened out, literally. Stripes and bold black and whites are everywhere from high fashion runways to Forever 21.

*Every outfit will be topped off with pieces from the Aria store in Columbus, OH. Aria (also Artisans) is a small, yet rapidly growing, company that only has stores in Ohio and Florida, so if you live in either state, you're lucky. They have everything accesories, from gallery style umbrellas and their matching totes to brooches and your everyday jewelry. The catch? It's SOOOOO INEXPENSIVE and right on trend, I can not even explain to you enough how much you can save shopping there and stay right on trend. So if you are in Ohio or Florida, look up Artisans and Aria and go get stuff, right now, before it's sold out. They only carry a couple of each piece so you have to be on your shopping A-game and snag the cutest pieces before other people can get to them! The prices can NOT be beaten! So make sure you're reading the description of each outfit to see which pieces are Aria, how easily they fit right into your pre-existing wardrobe, and how stinkin CUTE their stuff is!!!!!
