So this is gonna be a little DIY. Really quick, easy, and inexpensive. This is literally the easiest necklace to make. Here is what you will need to look fabulous:
-Old Purse Strap (thrifted)
-Charms of your choice (Hobby Lobby)
-Tassles (Hobby Lobby)
-Spray Paint
Your materials can be any color you want, it will all be sprayed the same color in the long run :)
And LOOK AT HOW INEXPENSIVE EVERYTHING WAS!!!!!
So what you need to do, is pick two tassels and spray paint them with one coat of either silver or gold. Then fasten them together using a twist tie off of any bread packaging. Yes.....bread. Like the bread you get in a store. THEN....spray paint your second coat and cut off the excess string hanging out of the top.
Now, fasten all your charms to your chain (that you have cut the fabric out of) in a cluster and spray paint all of it so it matches. Let it sit overnight, then..........
